The Hamlet Club House Information

The cost to rent the clubhouse is:

$50 Fee $200 Deposit

To secure your reservations we must have your $50.00 fee and $200 deposit.

(Deposits will be returned after room is inspected and found to be in order)

Pool Rentals

(Only available if pool is open for the pool season.)

(Home Owners/ Renter in good standing may rent the pool for there club house party.)

Cost is and additional $200.00 Rental & $200 Deposit.

(If the pool area is cleaned-up and there are no damages your deposit will be refunded.)

After 6pm or on days the pool is not open. The lifeguard may be an additional costs.
