Tagging in the development.
I regret to inform the association that there has been tagging at the developments City of Dover park. Tagging is when someone takes spray paint and sprays objects. This is vandalism and Dover PD has been informed. If any one has information regarding the people responsible for this. Please Contact Dover PD. Things like this reflect bad on the community and the City. Please think twice about tagging.
We are working with the City of Dover and Dover Utilities to have the mess cleaned up. |

Speeding In The Development.
Ladies and Gentlemen of the association. There has been cars speeding through our development. Please ask your house hold and your visitors to obey the 25 MPH Speed limit in the development. It would be sad if we had to ask the City of Dover to setup speed traps or if someone was killed because of the problem.
If a child is hit at 25 MPH they are hurt and 35 MPH they are dead. |

Please Keep The Community Clean
Members of the association please keep you eye out for people throwing trash out of there cars or kids littering. When heading for the church and walking between houses, when playing near the clubhouse, or when playing at the park. There have be reports of both happening. If you witness this happening please get a license plate number or try to get a description of the intervals that are littering our beautiful community. Then report them to the a Board Member to the police. Littering is a crime and you can be fined. This includes animal waste. Even if a trash can is not available it is very rude for these people to throw trash on the ground. Take it home and throw it out. |
