On the agenda
1. Discuss placing a lean on 44 Village Drive.
a. It was agreed upon to place the lean since the property is going up for Sheriff Sale on the 3rd of December 2009.
2. Future actions to be taken on other delinquent properties.
a. The board is looking into the options of both a lawyer and a collection agency. When more information on these two options becomes available the board will discuss the options further.
3. Laptop and printer for the Treasure and Assistant Treasurer use to keep records.
a. It was recommended to use pool funds to purchase an inexpensive laptop in order to update and better manage the Associations’ accounts.
b. The board voted and it was universally agreed to purchase the new computer and printer. The estimated cost was $1000
4. Cost of election and assessments mailings and timeline was also discussed.
a. With all the supplies the cost will be $402.46
5. There was also a very brief discussion on the budget.
a. Simply a look at the current progress of modernizing the old budget.
